Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your care plan at any time. We will review your needs during our monthly check-ins to make sure you are on the right plan for your business.

Our one-time design packages start from £795 for a Web Essential site and go up to £2,495 for Web Premium. E-commerce websites start from £2,000. We also offer monthly care plans from £25/month. We regularly run limited-time launch offers on new website builds — ask us for the current promo code when you request a quote. Every project is quoted individually based on your specific requirements.

No. We believe in transparent pricing. The price we quote is the price you pay. The only additional costs would be domain registration and hosting fees (unless you are on our Nova Complete care plan which includes hosting), and any optional features you choose to add later.

For one-time projects, we typically split payments into two instalments: 50% upfront to begin work and 50% on completion before launch. Care plans are billed monthly via direct debit or card payment.
